Job fraud is on the rise, and it has come to our attention that there are individuals pretending to represent
David Aplin Group, offering false employment opportunities, particularly overseas.


There are individuals overseas pretending to represent David Aplin Group that have contacted candidates offering false employment opportunities. Such scams are fraudulent and intended to steal from the vicitims. David Aplin Group does not have affiliate agency partners in countries outside of North America. David Aplin Group is a licensed recruitment agency governed by the provincial laws in each of the provinces in which we operate in Canada. David Aplin Group does not ask for money transfers or payments from applicants or job seekers. ​​​​​​​By making you aware of this, we hope to avoid and ultimately stop victims from falling for this scam.

Do your research. Run a Google search and review social accounts.
Always check the employer's official website. Use the proper domain.
Don't give out your personal info unless you have met in person or you are sure they are the real deal.
Find the company using an online directory and call the office to confirm.
