Reporting to the Manager of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the full cycle recruitment process from posting jobs to screening resumes
Overseeing background checks
Working with the HR team to coordinate onboarding
Building an available candidate pool using LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media
Representing the organization at campus recruitment events
Working with the marketing department to develop new ways to attract talent
Analyzing HR metrics and recommending efficiencies as needed
A degree in Business with a major in Human Resources
CPHR designation in progress is considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage a high volume of tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment (corporate, hospitality or retail – show us you know how to hustle!)
