Our client is looking for someone with an intermediate to advanced understanding of sales principles to support the productivity and profitability of our sales team through excellent customer service and a consistent brand experience. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and enjoy taking on a diverse range of projects and tasks in a team-oriented environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales department to provide ongoing support with meeting organization and planning, custom event planning, tracking sales performance, booking flights, and compiling sales and expense reports
  • Update and maintain contact records within the customer relationship management system to ensure the accuracy of advisor and financial institution information
  • Contact financial and investment advisors by phone or email to answer queries, obtain missing information, and deliver investor statements
  • Assess financial and investment advisor needs by providing aid and information on the funds and company
  • Participate in sales, due diligence, and update calls in conjunction with the sales team
  • Support the Senior Vice President of National Sales with additional projects and tasks as needed
  • Manage office administrative tasks on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to providing back-up
  • support for the Business Administrator
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven work experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience with booking flights, events, and completing expense reports
  • Familiarity with sales report generation and relationship management systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
