Responsibilities:
  • Reception, answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors at the downtown office
  • Respond to customer and corporate tenant inquiries 
  • Prepare correspondence to customers and tenants
  • Maintain professional appearance of reception area and boardroom
  • Order office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning appropriately
  • Schedule conference conference calls
  • Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable 

Qualifications:
  • 2 plus years of Reception and/or Administrative Assistant experience is required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Available for immediate opportunity
