We are currently working with a client who urgently requires an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to be the first point of contact for their company.

The Role:
  • Reception, greeting patients and booking appointments
  • Covid screening, answering phones, taking messages 
  • Word processing
  • Bookkeeping, invoicing
  • Handling insurance inquiries
  • Managing and ordering of office supplies
  • Various administrative and invoicing responsibilities as required 

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2 plus years of experience as a Receptionist / Bookkeeper in an office environment 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Quick learner with excellent Customer Service and invoicing skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a team driven environment
