Responsibilities:
  • Reception, answering phones, directing calls
  • Data entry of client information 
  • Creating letters, scheduling appointments 
  • Mail, couriers, entering invoices
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 plus years of Reception/Administrative Assistant experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and time management 
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and reliability
