Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, ON-based company to hire a Receptionist! This is a 1-year contract with the potential for an extension or to go permanent!
Please note, this role is fully onsite at the client's Mississauga location.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $20 to $23 an hour
  • Mon to Fri (40 hours per week)
  • Immediate start
  • First point of contact for the company
  • Administrative support and assisting different teams within the organization
  • Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Keep track of stationary inventory
  • Able to provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone and email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
  • Must have over 1 year of Receptionist or Front Desk experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and experience with office equipment (fax machines & printers)
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
