  • Salary will range depending on experience from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour 
Responsibilities:
  • Reception, including greeting visitors and guests
  • Ordering lunches for internal meetings, setting up board meetings 
  • Setting up conference calls, arranging meetings 
  • Handling mail, couriers, scanning, data entry, order office supplies 
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to their clients 
  • Invoicing, archiving of files, accepting payments from clients
Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Reception / Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a corporate setting 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
