Property Accountant

Our Winnipeg-based client has partnered up with us to assist them in recruiting an Accountant in their Property Division. • Prepare EFT changes & post EFT’s
• Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing month end financial statements
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Some posting of deposits and payable invoices required
• Prepare GST returns
• Assist in completing reports on residential, condominium & commercial properties
• Manage cash flow
• Assist with Preparing year end files for auditors
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in full-cycle accounting 2-3 years minimum
• Experience with Yardi software is an asset
• Ability to work independently & perform well under tight deadlines
• Detail oriented
