  • Creation and manage key documents associated with the BPI / Analytics projects (e.g., requirements gathering, execution roadmap/plan process maps) along with other content relevant to the successful communication and delivery of our business and technology initiatives
  • Lead in identification & documentation of new business, technology, and new revenue generation initiatives by closely working with senior leaders
  • Articulate the identified opportunities in a quantified and measurable way to address business benefit and Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Lead key projects within the analytics space, including but not limited to, establishing a data governance model, creation of operational and strategic reporting structure leveraging data visualization tools, etc.
  • Collaborate/consult with management, internal/external clients, and other relevant parties (i.e., government agencies, financial institutions) as required to review corporate policy, Service Level Agreements, KPIs, and other department metrics to advocate adherence to them
  • Establish and administer norms and metrics reporting for team performance for all aspects of CAD Money Movement Operations. Lead the preparation and present departmental statistics on a weekly/monthly/yearly (annual/fiscal) and as-needed basis. Monitor trends, review/redefine established benchmarks, target inefficiencies and propose and implement improvement plans
  • Continually monitor and remain current on organizational initiatives as they pertain to the business unit by attending and participating in projects, committees, meetings, and presentations
  • Lead/assist in the ongoing evaluation of existing and new systems/products/procedures
  • Provide viable solutions regarding challenges to operations through research and review
  • Lead/support testing, measurement, and implementation of Canadian Money Movement initiatives as they pertain to new/existing department products                                                      
Internal and Third-Party Relationship Management
  • Responsible for establishing and or strengthening relationships with local and new country project managers, local and new country subject matter experts, leaders and senior leadership team, and client's corporate teams by actively listening to understand their needs, providing, or obtaining information, and coordinating meetings and discussions to facilitate decision making
  • Gain a strong understanding and appreciation for cultural norms and legislative nuances that differentiate countries that could impact or influence goal execution
  • Establish and foster collaborative relationships with third-party payment partners, tax agencies, and/or bank partners operating under core and non-core Money Movement operations leaders. Ensure any key changes that have a direct and indirect impact on Global Money Movement & Compliance are communicated to the leadership team
  • 4+ years of consulting experience (in either Business Transformation, Process Improvement, and/or Analytics), or 5+ years of progressive, non-consulting work experience in relevant business transformation and/or business process improvement/analytics
  • Exposure/work in data analytics (using tools such as Tableau, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in facilitating change management and adoption as part of the business/tech transformation
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations in complex situations
  • The capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment
  • Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor
