Principal – Condition Monitoring & Diagnostics (Predictive Analytics)

This role is based in beautiful downtown Saskatoon, and as part of the greater advanced Maintenance Management program, your responsibility is to deliver high equipment failure predictability outcomes. This role will work closely with the internal and external project teams to preserve Jansen's operational key value drivers related to failure detectability and defect elimination.
Skills, Accreditations and Qualifications
- Post-Secondary qualification in science or engineering
- Mastery level skills in vibration analysis and diagnostics supported by ANSI CAT III or equivalent credential
- Expertise in one of the following condition monitoring techniques backed by reputable credentials;
- Lubrication analysis
- Ultrasound
- Thermography
- Competency with data analysis application MATLAB, MS Excel, Osi Pi
- Practical understanding of statistical reliability modelling
- Working knowledge of analytical modelling techniques and applications
