  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of design, tender, and working drawings
  • Work with clients and design team to ensure the project vision is adhered to as much as possible while respecting required timelines and budget
  • Coordinate with engineering and consultants to ensure potential conflicts are resolved
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Prepare presentations for meeting with jurisdictions, community reviews, and/or clients as required
  • Keep up to date on industry innovations, construction practices and products, and applicable codes
  • Provide support for site meetings and inspections as well as contract administration as required
  • Registered Architect with AAA, or other Canadian architectural association or the ability to obtain registration
  • 5+ years of registered experience with a mix of commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and multi-family projects
  • Good knowledge of and hands-on experience utilizing AutoCAD and Revit
  • Good design skills, strong organizational skills, and people skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Experience with leading projects and project coordination with consultant teams
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
