Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls/couriers/mail and deliveries
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Participate in electronic filing projects including organization and filing of various correspondence, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Word processing of memos, letters, agreements, etc.
- Prepare payables/receivables invoices and other administrative tasks to assist the team
- Manual and electronic filing and other related day-to-day tasks
- Run errands and make bank deposits as required; other day-to-day tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of reception/office experience.
- Experience with a paperless filing system is an asset
- Able to multi-task in a busy environment and also be comfortable with routine tasks
- Should have transportation to run ad hoc errands and make bank deposits
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
