This exciting opportunity will challenge your desktop, networking, organizational and troubleshooting knowledge in supporting remote clients.
The qualified candidate will assist in the following area: Desktops, laptops, remote access, technical troubleshooting and resolution, System Monitoring, Windows servers, and Microsoft workstations maintaining maximum uptime for our clients. Qualifications:
College studies focused on Computer/Networking technologies
Career-minded team players with a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience
A+ or Microsoft Office365 Certification(s)
Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
Microsoft Office 365 administration
Microsoft SCCM administration
Troubleshooting client workstation issues
Exhibit solid communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate and articulate technical information into simplistic terminology
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Initiative and drive to achieve client and personal success
Organized, multitasker able to focus and stay on top of client issues
Able to adapt and quickly develop an in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications
Strong ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and develop and implement solutions, within aggressive deadlines.
You are a team player willing to work on a variety of technical initiatives
You can work independently and can get things done
Keep current with technology-driven to grow your technical expertise
