This exciting opportunity will challenge your desktop, networking, organizational and troubleshooting knowledge in supporting remote clients.
The qualified candidate will assist in the following area: Desktops, laptops, remote access, technical troubleshooting and resolution, System Monitoring, Windows servers, and Microsoft workstations maintaining maximum uptime for our clients.

Qualifications:
- College studies focused on Computer/Networking technologies
- Career-minded team players with a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience
- A+ or Microsoft Office365 Certification(s)
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Microsoft SCCM administration
- Troubleshooting client workstation issues
- Exhibit solid communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate and articulate technical information into simplistic terminology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Initiative and drive to achieve client and personal success
- Organized, multitasker able to focus and stay on top of client issues
- Able to adapt and quickly develop an in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications
- Strong ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and develop and implement solutions, within aggressive deadlines.
- You are a team player willing to work on a variety of technical initiatives
- You can work independently and can get things done
- Keep current with technology-driven to grow your technical expertise
