You will manage their social media strategy and execution, publish marketing content across platforms, and deliver insights related to their marketing content to key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role (3 days in their Vancouver office per week).

Responsibilities:
  • Juggle multiple priorities, focusing on social media, website content publications, and more, all under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure digital content follows brand guidelines and a firm tone of voice
  • Ensure that digital content supplied to internal and external audiences follows firm email templates and brand guidelines by thoroughly testing and paying close attention to detail and best practices
  • Proofread, edit, stage, and publish content for the firm's website, assisting marketing members and lawyers through the process and ensuring maximum exposure through third-party dissemination Develop a content reporting and publication statistics strategy that includes utilizing in-depth analytics tools to prepare accurate and timely reporting on content and campaign effectiveness, as well as making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs to boost ROI
  • Manage content campaigns across numerous platforms, including engaging with marketing team members and ensuring timely report delivery
  • Possess a keen aesthetic sensibility. This is a creative position that requires the ability to develop appealing content using the Adobe Creative Suite under time limitations
  • Assist with the accurate and full documentation of processes
  • Be able to cross-train members of the marketing team, lawyers, and assistants as needed
Qualifications:
  • University degree or other post-secondary degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, design, UX, or related field
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent proofreading and writing skills
  • Strong background in web and social analytics (i.e., Google Analytics)
  • Strong background in digital publishing (e.g., SiteCore, WordPress)
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape
  • Experience with email deployment software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
