Our Calgary-based client has partnered with Maria Pozas, Principal to lead their next search to manage the day-to-day operations of the Calgary and Yellowknife offices. The position is based in Calgary.
Reporting to the HR Director based in Vancouver, the HR Manager will work closely with the HR Director
as a strategic partner. Law firm experience is preferred
Experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and employee relations
Maintain the HRIS system with accuracy for Calgary and Yellowknife
Oversee the physical operation of the facility
Prepare and administer the annual budget
Coordinate all yearly events for the office
Resource Assistant supervisor
Some travel is required
5 years of senior HR leadership experience in a professional services firm
Bachelor of Law and CPHR designation would be an asset
Knowledge and experience with HRIS as an asset
Proficiency with MS Office
