Human Resources Manager

Our Calgary-based client has partnered with Maria Pozas, Principal to lead their next search to manage the day-to-day operations of the Calgary and Yellowknife offices.  The position is based in Calgary. 

• Experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and employee relations
• Maintain the HRIS system with accuracy for Calgary and Yellowknife
• Oversee the physical operation of the facility
• Prepare and administer the annual budget
• Coordinate all yearly events for the office
• Resource Assistant supervisor
• Some travel is required

• 5 years of senior HR leadership experience  in a professional services firm
• Bachelor of Law and CPHR designation would be an asset
• Knowledge and experience with HRIS as an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office
