Oversee all aspects of bi-weekly payroll, reconciliations, WCB remittances
Oversee benefit and pension processing
Develop and maintain compensation program (communicate and educate leaders and employees on compensation plan and research findings)
Manage and oversee third-party vendor relationships
Plan and lead day-to-day functions of the People & Operations team
Manage and mentor 3 direct reports
Present information and ideas to the senior leadership team to inform organizational decision making
Determine People and Talent strategy metrics
Coordinate compensation plan reviews
Manage HRIS access, innovation, and administration
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
3+ years of exposure to Payroll processes
3+ years of leadership/mentoring experience
Understand KPIs and HR metrics
5+ years of progressive experience in HR and demonstrated knowledge on the full cycle of HR
Experience with ADP is an asset
Excellent, effective, communication skills with all levels of employees
Demonstrated ability to lead change and positively influence others
