As the HR Coordinator, you will provide a broad range of human resources administrative and coordination services, including organizing events and programs, records management, and reporting. Benefits & Perks:
Temporarily remote (moving to hybrid in the future)
Arrange interviews for hiring managers, set up background checks for new hires with an online vendor, and create offer letters/ contracts for new hires
Create documentation & complete tasks related to employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, and relocations
Launch/ initiate onboarding for new hires
Utilize UKG Pro for all administrative purposes pertaining to recruitment
Support the management and tracking of our Candidate Referral Program
Work with hiring managers on the drafting of compensation letters
Organize events such as benefits & wellness events with vendors
Answer employee queries in a timely manner
Set up documents in DocuSign
Maintain confidential employee records & provide administrative support
Create or maintain HR reports
HR and vendor research
A college/university degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or equivalent experience is necessary
1-2 years’ experience working as HR Administrator or HR Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team is a bonus
Excellent time management skills and knowledge of office/ administrative practices and procedures
Experience and the good judgment to maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning the financial, employee, and organizational information
Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, & the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Customer service orientation responding in a timely manner to employee inquiries
Ability to work well independently and be a positive team player
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
