Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support to the HR department
- Entering new hire information into the HRIS system
- Prescreen candidates and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
- Updating employee records
- Data entry into Excel and their inhouse system
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience as an HR Assistant
- Excellent attention to detail with accuracy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
