Responsibilities:

  • Reception including answering calls and greeting customers 
  • Responding to emails
  • Data entry into their HR system 
  • Administrative support for the HR department including sending notifications to staff and updating employee records 
  • Updating benefits information for employees 
  • Entering new hire information 
  • Scanning and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
  • One plus years of experience in HR Administration 
  • Experience with benefits administration an asset 
  • Available for ongoing temporary project
