David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a leader in the construction industry to recruit a talented Help Desk Specialist to configure and rollout laptops. This opportunity is available to candidates in Mississauga. It is a three-week on-site contract with the potential for permanency.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Providing a task list and batching out machines
  • Replacing all hardware and getting them on the Norris Network
  • Configuring laptops and getting them shipped in a timely manner
  • Staging machines as the end-user and setting up the users and installing any software’s as required
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Help Desk Support experience
  • Strong understanding of Windows (10)
  • Previous experience with imaging and rollouts
  • CompTIA A+ is an asset
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a huge asset
