Our Government Client is looking for a Temporary Government AS3 to join their downtown office.

This 6-week position will require a very organized individual with strong time-management skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills will be required.
  • Managing and monitoring the front desk
  • Answering on average 50 calls per day
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Providing assistance to visitors and clients
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry of invoices into the system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ensuring the kitchen and front desk areas are kept clean
  • 6 months+ Receptionist/Admin experience
  • Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to draft memos
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to create basic spreadsheets and enter data
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
