The eCommerce Manager will implement effective strategies in line with organizational goals to ensure the overall success of the platform. Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of the eCommerce webstore, Product Information Management (PIM) System, and product data
  • Assist in the development of sales, promotions, and specials
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on digital adoption, growth plans, and reporting metrics
  • Acquire, maintain, and optimize product content from qualified sources used to drive customer experience online (using PIM software)
  • Map and match data with the ERP and webstore platforms
  • Develop staff and customer training resources to assist with digital adoption and utilization of the platform
  • Manage integration of product content from the PIM across internal business systems, including ERP, eCommerce platform, and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT to establish proper workflows and data governance
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email, data feeds, customer surveys, and retargeting channels related to eCommerce efforts
  • Analyze website metrics and develop processes to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Information Management or similar IT related subjects
  • 5 years of data collection and management, preferably with product data
  • 5 years of experience working in PIM, CMS, and ERP
  • Collaborative, strong interpersonal relationship builder
  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience supporting a company's digital presence on the web and print in omnichannel environment
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and merchandising
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable presenting to larger teams
