Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee sales team members from hiring, onboarding, training, development and motivating each person to achieve their goals
  • Define the sales functions within the team that drive desired sales outcomes while implementing process improvement as required
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and approaches to maximize recurring revenue with current clients
  • Business development efforts through industry databases as well as keeping an ear to the ground
  • Work with the estimation team to develop accurate estimates for customer proposals
  • Develop compelling responses to the RFQ or business opportunities
  • Closely work with the sales team to ensure accountability for monthly sales targets while ensuring timely follow-up on open quoted opportunities
  • Create a culture of success and "customer satisfaction" as top priorities
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with strategic partners, consultants, and distributors involved with the execution of the project
  • Market intelligence and reporting to the team to ensure the company is properly positioned against the competition
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales management in the Security industry
  • Preferred experience in technology/ solutions sales to end-users
  • Demonstrated experience leading and evaluating sales team members' performance while empowering each person to be successful by providing timely feedback and coaching as required
  • Innovative, positive, and patient leader wanting to grow a successful team of at least 15 people
