Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with orders, ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Resolving any discrepancies regarding the orders  
  • Liaison between internal and external points of contact
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and entered into their software

Qualifications:
  • Three plus years of experience as an Account Manager/providing exceptional Customer Services 
  • Ability to work as a team and independently in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
