Build a new customer base while fostering existing relationships with pre-existing clients
Secure appointments, visitation as necessary, collect new financial information as required, and present terms & conditions of approvals (pre-approvals).
Focus on targeted “end-user” opportunities, specific to industries in which the company has in-depth knowledge and expertise, including industrial trucks, trailers, aggregate and agricultural equipment
Knowing the key decision-makers in each organization and committing to timely follow-up is crucial
Deliver ongoing “market intelligence” and assessment of competitors, with a focus on the future and value creation, to senior management
Proactively identify accounts whose business may be changing (growing or shrinking), address any “at-risk” accounts, and develop a plan of action, with senior management, to accommodate the specific needs of each account.
Proactively conduct strategic account reviews, with all assigned clients, on a regular basis (annually at minimum) to review specific needs and identify opportunities for additional business.
Post-Secondary Degree in relevant field; Business, Marketing, Commerce strongly preferred
3-5 Years Related Experience in Financial, Leasing, Banking Industry
A superior interpersonal relationship builder who is comfortable dealing with everyone at all levels within an organization
Excellent communicator, both written and oral
Professional and self-motivated with a high degree of integrity
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent time-management skills
Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills
Competent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
