We are looking for a team player who is entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about growing a business. This is a unique opportunity to build something new with the support of a well-established executive team and a best-in-class delivery team!

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and the development of new relationships with business owners of small/medium-sized companies (20-200 employees) in Edmonton, leading to new client engagements
  • The retention of existing clients through ongoing interaction and adaptation of the support services
  • Leveraging and exploring referral opportunities with clients and strategic partners
  • The growth, onboarding, and management of the consulting team 
  • Collaboration with the CEO and other Practice Directors in Western Canada to set and execute strategy 
  • The management of all operational elements of the business
  • Actively seeking new marketing opportunities
  • Enthusiastic involvement in business and trade associations
  • Planning and executing marketing events
  • Being active on social media
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of business experience (preferably selling a service or working in an entrepreneurial environment)
  • ‘Solution Selling’ Sales experience (selling to decision-makers/owners) 
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to ‘pitch’ in a competitive environment for new business
  • Post-secondary business education.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with people.
  • A genuine interest in uncovering pain points, finding solutions, and making a real difference for our clients.
  • Technically savvy in working with a variety of tools and mediums
  • This role requires an individual who is comfortable interacting with business owners, CEOs, and senior-level decision-makers
