Training for this position will be on-site and will then switch to hybrid.
This is a 3-to-6-month contract with high potential for extension.
Hours of Operation: 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with customers via phone and email
- Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needs
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
- Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
- Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for customers regarding time deliveries, transactions, and experiences that don't go 100% as planned.
- Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
- Track orders with distribution teams

- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
