If you are a talented and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, David Aplin Group has the right opportunity for you! Our Montréal based client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Edmonton team.

 


Benefits & Perks:

  • Compensation: $45,000/year
  • Health benefits start after 3 months
  • 2 weeks’ vacation
  • 5 personal days
  • The bonus structure for this role is paid out quarterly and is up to $350 performance-based


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with questions concerning account status and financing options
  • Processing of customer payments  
  • Basic product troubleshooting and administrate support
  • Conduct outbound calling to close new business  


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Superior customer service
  • Detail orientated
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • The shift will be 9:00 AM -6:00 PM/10 AM -7 PM, with one-two Saturday shift required per month
