This is a remote opportunity, however, the candidate must be located in either Saskatoon or Regina.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming benefit plan calls and emails
  • Process enrolment adds, changes and terminations
  • Process client remittances 
  • Coordinate submission of disability claims

Qualifications
  • Previous benefits administration experience an asset
  • Ability to effectively communicate with members, agents and vendors in a concise and friendly manner
  • Solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
