David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client in Winnipeg, Manitoba to recruit an experienced, self-motivated individual with developed computer skills and strong attention to detail, to join their Administrative team for an immediate, temporary opportunity with the potential for a temporary, to hire position.  Excellent typing skills with both speed and accuracy are a must for this very busy role. 

The Role:
  • Data entry of client financial information into Excel 
  • Updating Customer information, and maintaining confidential information and documents
  • General office duties  such as filing, scanning documents, mailing correspondence, etc. as required
  • Ability to work at different client locations within Winnipeg

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years office experience including Data Entry with intermediate Excel skills 
  • Minimum of 8000 ksph Data Entry
  • Experience working in the Financial industry would be an asset 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel Office Programs, as well as Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
