Providing administrative support to senior management
Taking minutes at meetings
Writing, drafting, proofreading and distributing meeting minutes and correspondence
Organizing meeting arrangements, calendar and Outlook communication
Preparation and development of executive presentation materials, executive briefing materials
Various administrative duties as required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with advanced minute taking experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Completion of a relevant office administration or general business post-secondary education is a strong asset
Experience in professional services or consulting firm is an asset
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Exceptional organizational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, Teams, and SharePoint
Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
Confidentiality is a key component of this position
Experience in the health care sector may be considered an asset
