Experience in the Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry is considered an asset but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient at data entry with keen attention to detail
Ability to perform individually and as a team member
