Responsibilities:
  • Pro-actively provide Administrative support to leaders and team members
  • Focus on Client needs: coordinating/arranging/attending meetings, understanding and anticipating needs of members, taking minutes, and preparing presentations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with members
  • Use appropriate and effective written and verbal communication techniques
  • Create correspondence on behalf of leaders
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and handle telephone inquiries
  • Proofread and edit publications and business communications
  • Manage paid advertisements and website updates
  • Set priorities, plan activities, and track the progress of projects
  • Work as a team to identify problems and determine timely solution suggestions
  • Use excellent ethical judgment and discretion in day-to-day duties
  • Travel may be required (2-4 times per year)
  • Some evening and weekend work may be required on occasion
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of Administrative experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience writing and editing letters and business communications
  • Must have experience coordinating large meetings and taking minutes
  • Experience processing expenses is an asset
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment
